Hawk Capital Partners is a private equity firm that seeks to make control investments in businesses. Seeing as they do things differently at Hawk, they reached out to FZ to help define their brand identity.

CHALLENGE


Hawk looked to FZ to help articulate what makes Hawk Capital Partners unique and define the advantages they offer to their portfolio companies. Keeping the content focused on the key info, the site also provides investment criteria to help transfer the right interest.

FZ created identities for two of Hawks’ companies, CWS and LifeShield’s LifeView product. This included brand identity, logo, website and stationary, as well as apps, bumpers, and videos. For CWS we wanted to show the positive side of waste services with a warm, friendly site. LifeView needed a sleek design that simplifies and complements the company’s advanced wireless technology.

FZ wanted to capture the key messages for the companies. For LifeView we designed a logo reflective of security, while the CWS logo highlights its green efforts and progressive tendencies.

LifeShield needed more than branded assets. FZ worked closely with Product Management to conceptualize the features of its products. This carried through to a tablet application, a bumper for multi-use, a product video and a digital dashboard for client-control of their security system.
